Glorieta
Today I got back from Glorieta, New Mexico. It was a most fantastic week! So much fun, so much emotions, so much that I learned, so much Settlers of Catan.
Here's a few things that I took from it:
The importance of having God involved in my life.
How God is working in every situation, not just the extraordinary.
You will not be able to battle sin on your own, only through Jesus.
Dating many people to "know what you like" is just stupid, don't ruin the significance of marriage.
If you truly accept God has given you everything, like he has, you will get through anything.
Use prayer to seek Gods guidance.
Heaven isn't a place for those who fear Hell, it's for those who love God.
The bible doesn't have the answers to your problems. It is not about you, it is about God.
It was so nice to get out of Arizona. I love going to New Mexico, I always have a good time, it is a beautiful state! But I'm glad to be back, recharged, and ready for this semester to start.
